MINUTES
March 13, 2018
Larry Wallace, Jeffersonville Building Commissioner called the regular meeting of the Jeffersonville
Building Authority to order on March 13,2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the Building Commissioner's Conference
Room on the second floor in Jeffersonville City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court. Members present were
Bill Fry, Mayor Mike Moore, Don Sperzel, Larry Wallace and Brandon Westerfield. Also present
Administrative Assistant Mary Frey.
MINUTES
Brandon Westerfield made a motion to approve the February13,2018 minutes as written, seconded by
Bill Fry and approved unanimously.
EXPENDITURE REPORT
Mayor Mike Moore made a motion to approve the revenue and expenditure reports for February 2018 as
presented, seconded by Brandon Westerfield and approved unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
Larry Wallace stated the heater has been installed in the entry way to City Hall.
NEW BUSINESS
Larry Wallace stated a sink is being installed in the 2' floor mail room area.
With no further discussion Don Sperzel made a motion to adjourn at 9:20 a.m. seconded by Mayor Mike
Moore and approved unanimously.
