REGULAR MEETING
February 13, 2018
The Jeffersonville Police Merit Commission meeting was held on February 13, 2018 at 5:00 P.M.
in the City Council Chambers, First Floor, 500 Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville, Indiana. President
Jeremy Snelling called the meeting to order with the following in attendance: President Jeremy Snelling,
Vice-President Robert Campbell, Bonnie Deppert,Attorney Robert Bottorff and Patty Rush. Absent was

Invocation was given by Robert Campbell
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
President Snelling presented the minutes from January 9, 2018 meeting asking if there were any
corrections or additions. Mr. Campbell made a motion to approve the minutes as presented and
seconded by Mr. Parker. Voted 4-0
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS: None
CLAIMS:
A claim was submitted from Bob Bottorff Law PC, Invoice#00275 in the amount of$2,056.00
from November 2017 until December 2017. Mr. Parker made a motion to approve claim in the amount
of$2,056.00 and seconded by Ms. Deppert. Voted 4-0
A claim was submitted for Patty Rush, Invoice#2018-02 in the amount of$100.00. Mr.
Campbell made a motion to approve the claim in the amount of$100.00 and seconded by Mr. Parker.
Voted 4-0
A claim was submitted from The Office Supply Company in the amount of$12.25 for supplies.
Ms. Deppert made a motion to approve the claim in the amount of$12.25 and seconded by Mr.
Campbell. Voted 4-0
REPORTS:
Mr. Parker made a motion to recommend Attorney Bottorff prepare a draft and amendments to
our Procedures regarding how our claims are to be processed for the Police Merit Commission. The
motion was seconded by Ms. Deppert. Votedi'

Mr. Campbell made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:00 P.M. and seconded by Mr. Parker.
