AGREEMENT made 118/2018 by and between named ARTIST and named PURCHASER, The parties agree to the following terms
1,ARTIST-Endless Summer Band 8 ensemble includes engineer,sax&trumpet
2, PURCHASER-Sara Simpson for(RIverstage Concert 2018)
3.Date Purchased-Friday,August 24th, 201t1
4 Place of Performance-Riverstage Park,W Riverside Dr,Jeff,IN 47110
5.Agreement Price-$3,808.80(+House sound&lighting provided)
6.Performance Time-8:30pm to 1030pm
7. Payment Schedule S3,80e.00 due on 8/24/2018
8.Hospitality is not required,but all hospitality provided is greatly appreciated'
9. It is understood that PURCHASER shall have control cf the services rendered hereunder,suttject to the terms and conditions in this

performance,and breach of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of The State of Indiana.

11. PURCHASER shall provide power, a dressing area,a stage,house sound&lighting and parking for ARTISrs Performance.
ARTIST'S equipment set-up and performance takes place in ONE PERFORMANCE SITE ONLY per details of this agreement and date.
12a.ARTIST's timely arrival and set-up at performance site shall be considered within ARTIST's Control under any and all
circumstances INCLUDING inclement weather conditions.
12b.ARTIST's physical ability to perform and the functionality of ARTIST owned equipment shall be considered within ARTIST's Control.
12c.In the event that ARTIST has arrived at event site on time,arid PURCHASER wants to cancel event due to any occurrence beyond
ARTIST's Control,(such as,"guests unable to attend due to inclement weather","power outage at venue","guests unable to attend
because venue has become uninhabitable")PURCHASER shall remain liable for the full agreement price.
12d.If ARTIST must cancel or unable to arrive at event site for any reason,ARTIST's Representative will attempt to locate replacement
entertainment and will return any and all deposits to PURCHASER immediately,
The parties do hereby accept the foregoing terms and conditions,and cause this agreement to be executed as of 1/8/2018
