{Scott Sears}, henceforth known as "Client," agrees to hire {Hush Harbor}, henceforth known as
"Artist,"for a performance at {Jeffersonville Riverstage} on {9-10-2017}.
Furthermore, the two parties agree to the following:
Artist will perform {music} at{Jeffersonville Riverstage} on {9/10/2017}, for a period of{25
Minutes}, beginning at{6PM}.
The performance will specifically consist of{25 Minutes of Music}.
Client will pay artist{$500} as compensation for this performance, payable via {check, money order,
cash, etc.} and according to the following plan: {Paid in Full on day of event} Check made
payable to Scott Shireman.
Setup for the performance will be the responsibility of{Artist}. {Client is responsible for all
staging, sound reinforcement and lighting}.
Client will provide {all required technicians required to operate lighting and PA equipment—see
attached rider}.
Client will also provide {a meal 2 hours before or 1 hour after performance}.
If Client cancels the performance with less than {24 Hours}to go until performance date, he/she will
pay Artist{50% of agreed rate for full performance}.
Artist may cancel the performance if Artist's performance is rendered impossible or infeasible as the
result of illness, death or injury to Artist or immediate family member, accident, fire, riot or other civil
disorder, strike, lockout, or other labor difficulties, an act, or order, rule or regulation, of any public
authority or court, act of God, absence of power or other essential services, failure of technical
facilities and/or any cause beyond Agent's and Artist's reasonable control.
This contract is enforceable according to the laws and regulations of the state of{Indiana}.
