-An Executive Session of the Jeffersonville Drainage Board was held on Tuesday,
September 5, 2017 at 4:30 pm in the Mayor's Conference Room on the second floor of
the City Hall located at 500 Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville, IN.
-The following board members were present: Bob Rogge, Steve Gill, Stacy Slaughter,
Charlie Smith, Rob Burgess, Grant Morton, Chester Hicks and Arthur Guepe
-Staff members present: Andy Crouch
Attorney: Darren Wilder and Ian Stewart
1. —For initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been
threatened specifically in writing pursuant to I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) (2) (B).
