CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:30 A.M.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Waiz made the motion to APPROVE the minutes from the August 30,
2017 meeting, seconded by Mr. Ecklund passing on a vote of 3-0.
APPROVAL OF THE PAYROLL: Mr. Waiz made the motion to APPROVE the payroll, seconded by Mr.
Ecklund passing on a vote of 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
NONE
NEW BUSINESS:
I. Scott McVoy—Request for approval of contract between Jeffersonville Police Department and Kye's
for use of facilities on November 3, 2017 for Police Department Awards dinner. Chief Kavanaugh
presented the request for approval. Mr. Waiz made the motion to APPROVE, seconded by Mr. Ecklund
passing on a vote of 3-0.
ADJOURNMENT:
No further business from the Board, Mr. Ecklund made a motion to A4DJOURNndedy Mr. Waiz.
