A RESOLUTION OF THE
SANITARY BOARD OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE
WHEREAS, the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana ("City") owns, operates and maintains a
municipal sewage works ("Utility"), by and through the Jeffersonville Sanitary Sewer Board
("Board");
WHEREAS, the Jeffersonville Sanitary Sewer Board is responsible for approving
administrative policies for the Wastewater Department.
WHEREAS, the Board believes an investment policy and comprehensive financial
management policy should be implemented to ensure accurate and appropriate accounting of sewer
user fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE JEFFERSONVILLE
SANITARY BOARD THAT:
It is in the best interests of the Sanitary Sewer Board, the Wastewater Department and the
customers thereof, that the Department shall adhere to the Comprehensive Financial Management
Policy and the Investment Policy.
This resolution shall be in full force and effect upon adop ' n.
