June 21, 2017

Zoning, Delynn Rutherford, City Grant Writer,Janet Mayrose,Admin Assist to Redevelopment, Larry Wallace,
Building Commissioner, Rob Waiz, Redevelopment Director.
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:30 A.M.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Rob Waiz made the motion to APPROVE the minutes from the June 14, 2017
meeting,seconded by Bill Dixon, passing on a vote of 3-0.
APPROVAL OF THE PAYROLL: Rob Waiz made the motion to APPROVE payroll,seconded by Bill Dixon, passing on a
vote of 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
1. Dan Moore—Request for approval of dis-annexation of Clark County Casting&Conservation Club gun range
37.12 acres. Request reconvened from May 24, 2017 Board of Public Works meeting and is now open for public
comments. Appearing to be no public comments, request is now before the board to be approved. Rob Waiz
made motion to APPROVE request, seconded by Bill Dixon, motion carried on a vote of 3-0.
2. Heather Metcalf—Request for approval of annual operational report for local roads and streets. Rob Waiz
made motion to APPROVE request,seconded by Bill Dixon, motion carried on a vote of 3-0.
ADJOURNMENT: No further business of the BPW meeting adjourned at 9:43 A.M.
