Scope of Work

We hereby submit an estimate for the following 1.) Lawn Care Services (mowing, weed-eating, &
blowing) - $95 per cut x 30 cuts per season =Total$2,850 Monthly pay= $285 April Jan. (10 months)
2.) Landscape Services - (Keep landscape beds de-weeded, trimming bushes, spring & fall clean-up. Add
Mulch,etc.) - $7,860 for the year, 10 Monthly payments $786 April-Jan. (10 months Contract)
NOTES:Total for both is $10,710 annually(10 monthly payments of$1,071)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. All labor, supervision, equipment,materials, and supplies for this contract will be provided by:
Byrnes Property Maintenance LLC
2. The terms of this Agreement will take place: Starting April 1, 2017 through Jan. 31, 2018.
3. Anticipated work performance period to begin: Start Date 4/1/17.
4. The estimate remains good 90 days after"Estimate" created date of 2/8/17.
5.The estimate pricing is an annual contract, total price spread out into 10 equal payments.
6. Pricing/Contract: Payments of contract price shall be made as follows: 10 equal payments of
$1,071 totaling$10,710 for the year. The payments will be due at end of each month, 30 days from
date of invoice. This annual contract agreement is from April 1, 2017 -Jan. 31, 2018.
