This Spectrum Service Agreement, including all Service Orders entered into hereunder and the Commercial Terms
of Service that are incorporated herein by this reference("Service Agreement'), executed and effective upon the date

AVAILABLE AT WWW.CHARTER.COM A COPY OF WHICH WILL BE PROVIDED TO CUSTOMER UPON
REQUEST. SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE INCOPORATED HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE. BY
EXECUTING THIS SPECTRUM SERVICE AGREEMENT WHERE INDICATED BELOW, CUSTOMER
ACKNOWLEDGES THAT (1) CUSTOMER ACCEPTS AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ALL SUCH TERMS AND
CONDITIONS, INCLUDING THE ARBITRATION SECTION THEREOF, WHICH PROVIDES THAT THE PARTIES
