Emergency Meeting
MEMBERS PRESENT: Mike Moore, Mayor, Les Merkley, Corporate Council, Rick Lovan, Community Affairs Liason,
Rob Waiz, Director of Redevelopment, Christy O'Neil,Administrative Assistant to Mayor.
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 11:30 A.M.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Les Merkley—Request to adopt Resolution Identifying Certain areas of the City as Areas Designated Strictly for
Underground or Buried Utilities. Motion made by Rick Lovan to adopt the resolution,seconded by Rob Waiz,
motion APPROVED by a vote of 3-0.
ADJOURNMENT: No further business of the BPW meeting adjourned at 11:40 A.M.
