April 19, 2017

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:30 A.M.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Matt Owen made the motion to APPROVE the minutes from the April 12, 2017
meeting, seconded by Rob Waiz, passing on a vote of 3-0.
APPROVAL OF THE PAYROLL: Matt Owen made the motion to APPROVE payroll,seconded by Rob Waiz, passing
on a vote of 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
No old business to come before the Board.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Kenny Kavanaugh—Request for approval of contract between Jeffersonville Police Department and Big Fish
Entertainment, LLC. Contract is for 30 days and they will be filming Jeffersonville City Police and putting on "Live
PD", airing on A&E Channel. Matt Owen made motion to APPROVE request,seconded by Rob Waiz, passing on a
vote of 2-0,with Mayor Moore, and Matt Owen for, Rob Waiz opposing.
2. Nathan Pruitt—Request for approval of 3 lawn service agreements: Erik's Complete Lawn Service,Weekan, LLC,
John Harris. Matt Owen made motion to APPROVE request,seconded by Rob Waiz, passing on a vote of 3-0.
3. Tim Franklin -Request for approval of Little League Parade to be held on Saturday,June 3, 2017, route will be
the same as all previous years with very little obstruction to major intersections. Matt Owen made motion to
APPROVE request,seconded by Rob Waiz, passing on a vote of 3-0.
4. Kim Calabro—Request for approval of 2017 Revised Employee Handbook,the non-benefit section of the policy.
Rob Waiz made motion to APPROVE request,seconded by Matt Owen, passing on a vote of 3-0.
ADJOURNMENT: No further business of the BPW meeting adjourned at 9:45 A.M.
