CONTRACT
This agreement is entered into this the 13"day of January, 2011,by and between the City of
Jeffersonville whose address is 500 Quartermaster Ct. Roan 205,Jeffersonville, IN 47130 and
whose phone number is 502-46R-1752 and Fun Time Prod'.rctions, I.LC., whose address and
Phone number is listed above.
1. fun Tette Productions, LLC agrees to bring the BellarTori Coastal Express trackless train to
tfre City of Jeffersonville Light Up festivities on November 25eh located at Big 4 Station
Park (301 Mulberry St.47130)for a set fee of$2,500 and has that date exclusively held
for Sara Simpson. Terms: 50%security deposit with signed contract by March 31,2017
to hold date and balance payable upon arrival day of event.
2. The route for the train to travel will be determined upon arrival and set up.
3. Fun Time Productions, LLC will provide FR[T rides fc r children and adults at the event
during the hours of 5:15 p.m.to 7:15 p.m.on Nov. 251"EST.
4. The City of Jeffersonville agrees to provide a dedicated area for the train to load and
unload passengers and a fairly level place for the triiin to carry passengers with no steep
inclines.
`.�. Fun Time Productions, LLC reserves the right to limit the number of rides per person in
order to serve the largest number of guests possibly.
G. If inclement weather or moderate rain should occur;, Fun Time Productions,t.LC reserves
the right to shut down operations in order to protect employees and guests until
adequate operating weather returns. This shall not void terms of contract.
7. 'The City of Jeffersonville agrees to provide a dedica'ed parking area for a 24ft.cargo
trailer to remain parked during the event.
8. We consistently service our equipment on a strict maintenance schedule to avoid any
breakdowns. In the unforeseen event that a breakdown should occur,your event would
only be charged for the number of work hours that had been completed.
9. Cancelation of train or event by coordinators due to any event does not void terms of
this contract.
