THIS 2ND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into this Z ( `� day of
2017, by and between the City of Jeffersonville Parks Authority,
hereinafter referred to as the"Parks Authority", and the Clark County Soccer Association,
hereinafter referred to as the "CCSA".
WHEREAS,the Parks Authority and CCSA entered into a certain Amendment to
agreement on December 2,2016, concerning the John Woehrle Soccer Complex located at 4300
Charlestown Pike,Jeffersonville, Indiana, and
WHEREAS, Parks Authority and CCSA desire to amend the aforementioned Agreement
as hereinafter set out,
IT IS THEREFORE AGREED between Parks Authority and CCSA that the
Amendment to Agreement dated December 2, 2016, be and hereby is amended as follows:
Concessions#16 then entire section shall be replaced with the following:
16.a) CCSA will continue to run and retain all profits from the concession stand. CCSA
will be responsible for staffing the concession stand for all events including youth soccer
games,JYPFL games and all other events that the city coordinates with other
organizations. The details regarding times and dates will be coordinated with the Parks
Sports Manager. Advance notice of one week will be given to CCSA to provide workers for
events.If less than one week is given it will be the option of CCSA to provide workers for
the event if they are available.
Concessions#17 this entire section shall be removed from the contract.
In all other respects, said Amended Agreement signed on December 2, 2016 shall remain
in full force and effect.
