THIS AMENDMENT T AGREEMENT is entered into this Z(¢ day of
F4uA.� , 20t , by etween the City of Jeffersonville Parks Authority,
hereinafter referred to as the"Parks Authority",and the Clark County Soccer Association,
hereinafter referred to as the "CCSA".
WHEREAS,the Parks Authority and CCSA entered into a certain agreement on June 24,
2013, concerning the John Woehrle Soccer Complex located at 4300 Charlestown Pike,
Jeffersonville,Indiana, and
WHEREAS,Parks Authority and CCSA desire to amend the aforementioned Agreement
as hereinafter set out,
IT IS THEREFORE AGREED between Parks Authority and CCSA that the Agreement
dated June 24,2013, be and hereby is amended as follows:
Maintenance#13 shall be amended to include the following:
13. a) The lawn and landscape maintenance shall be maintained by the Clark County
Soccer Association (CCSA). Maintenance shall include, but is not limited to,the mowing of
the perimeter grass, mowing of grass fields, trimming of landscape plants, mulching of all
landscaped areas,weeding of all landscaped beds, fertilizing of landscaping and lawn/grass.
Maintenance shall be conducted in a manner to not allow damage to landscaping or grass
fields and to give all areas a manicured look.The City of Jeffersonville will donate to the
CCSA,a Hustler front cut riding mower and a Toro triplex reel mower.
b) That all building structures on site, including maintenance building, small concession
and restroom building, large concession and restroom building-which includes locker
rooms and offices-shall be maintained by the Parks Authority.
c) Upon the acceptance of this agreement by the CCSA,the City of Jeffersonville Parks
Department will donate a yellow Hustler Super Z Mower and a red Toro Reel Master
Mower.
In all other respects, said Agreement signed on June 24, 2013 shall remain in full force
and effect.
