SPECIAL MEETING
JANUARY 18, 2017
The Jeffersonville Police Merit Commission met on January 18, 2017 at 4:30 P.M. for a Special
Meeting at the Jeffersonville Police Department, 101h Street,Jeffersonville, Indiana. Those present were
Jeremy Snelling,James Reagan, Bonnie Deppert, Scott Aldridge, Attorney Robert Bottorff and Patty
Rush. Absent was Robert Campbell.
Guest: Chief Kenny Kavanaugh, Assistant Chief Scott McVoy, Director of Human Resources, Kim Calabro
and Attorney Larry Wilder.
The discussion was in regard to the procedures for establishing experienced Police Officer
Certified Eligibility list.
The meeting adjourned at 6:40 P.M. and will continue discussion on February 7, 2017 at 5:00
P.M.

The Jeffersonville Police Merit Commission met on February 7, 2017 at 5:00 P.M.for a continued
Special Meeting at the Jeffersonville Police Department, 101h Street,Jeffersonville, Indiana. Those
present were Robert Campbell,James Reagan, Bonnie Deppert, Scott Aldridge, Attorney Robert Bottorff.
Absent were Jeremy Snelling and Patty Rush.
The meeting was continuing discussion regarding procedures for scoring the experienced
Officers eligibility list. This would also include the scoring process and what areas they would be eligible
for the experienced list specified by the Merit Commission and suggestions from Chief Kavanaugh.
Mr. Reagan made motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:20 P.M. and seconded by Mr. Aldridge.
