HomeMy WebLinkAboutRIGHT OF WAY RECONSRUCTION 10TH STREET pENN STREET REEDS LANE UNITED =Consulting= This SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made, by and between City of Jeffersonville, acting by and through its Redevelopment Commission, ("CLIENT") and UNITED CONSULTING, an Indiana corporation ("UNITED CONSULTING"). WITNESSETH WHEREAS, UNITED CONSULTING did, on October 30, 2013 enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the CLIENT for Services and Documents in relation to the following described project: Right-of-way services for the reconstruction of 10th Street from 146 feet northeast of Penn Street to 433 feet northeast of Reeds Lane, In the City of Jeffersonville. This supplement is required to add the following services excluded from the original scope of work: inclusion of escrow services into the contract and reimbursement for document recording previously thought to be waived. NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed by and between the parties as follows: L Appendix "A"is amended to add the following: F. Escrow Services 1. UNITED CONSULTING shall provide escrow services of parcel 35 {United States of America, General Services Administration (GSA)} through execution of documentation and distribution of compensation. 2. UNITED CONSULTING shall complete the escrow services in a manner consistent with INDOT's Real Estate Division Manual. 3. UNITED CONSULTING shall report the findings in INDOT's Land Records System (LRS). Supplemental Agreement version 3-2013 L Appendix "D-"Js amended to read as follows; 1. The total fee not to exceed in Section D.A.1. shall be changed from $1,046,479 to $1,054,479 representing an increase of$8,000.00. 2. UNITED CONSULTING shall be paid for the work performed under this Contract on a lump sum basis in accordance with the following schedule: Contract Totals Amended Totals (Supp. No. 5) a. Appraising $ 472,025 117 Parcels (fees based on INDOT fee schedule dated 1/1/08 with no markup) b. Review Appraisals $ 208,379 100 Parcels (fees based on INDOT fee schedule dated 1/1/08 with no markup) c. Management and Supervision $ 152,100 117 Parcels d. Escrow Services $ 500 g.
