CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:35 A.M.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Councilperson Owen made the motion to APPROVE the minutes from the January
11, 2017 meeting, seconded by Mr.Waiz, passing on a vote of 3-0.
APPROVAL OF THE PAYROLL: Councilperson Owen made the motion to APPROVE the payroll,seconded by Mr.
Waiz, passing on a vote of 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
None
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Bill Burns—Request for approval to place dumpster in 2 parking spots in front of 253 Spring Street Starting
January 19, 2016 for approximately 110 days. Mr. Burns presented the request stating the date would actually be
Monday January 23, 2017 through February 2, 2017 for approximately 10 days. Mr. Burns feels that the usage
might actually be a shorter period but is requesting 10 days. Councilperson Owen made the motion to APPROVE,
seconded by Mr. Waiz passing on a vote of 3-0.
