HomeMy WebLinkAbout10-25-1990COMMON COUNCIL CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, SPECIAL MEETING OCTOBER 25, 1990 INDIANA The meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. by Mayor Dale Orem. City Attorney C. Gregory Fifer took the minutes. Councilmen present were as follows: James Carter, Marie Clapp, Ronald Grooms, Anthony Harrod, and Andrew Williams. Absent: Councilmen John Perkins and Robert Waiz. Councilman Carter moved to pass Ordinance 90-OR-53, and ordinance concerning the advance refunding of a 1969 Jeffersonville Sewage Works Revenue Bond, on its third and final reading. This motion was seconded by Councilman Grooms, and after minimal discussion Councilman Williams voting against.
