Councilperson Perkins made the motion ~o vote on Ordinance No.
C, D, E, F, G, M, I, J, K, and L, Ordinances For
and Tax Rates For 1991 all at one time, seconded by
Harrod and carried unanimously. Councilperson Perkins
made the motion to pass Ordinance No.~ 90-OR-38A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H,
I, J, K, and L, on the third reading, seconded by Councilperson Harrod,
passing with the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Councilpersons Waiz, Clapp, Williams, Carter, Harrod and
Perkins.
Nays: Councilperson Grooms.
There being no further business to come before
Councilperson Perkins made the motion to adjourn at 9:50 P.M.,
by Councilperson Harrod and carried unanimously.
