MINUTES
August 9, 2016
Larry Wallace, Jeffersonville Building Commissioner called the regular meeting of the Jeffersonville
Building Authority to order on Tuesday August 9, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. in the Building Commissioner's
Conference Room on the second floor in Jeffersonville City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court.Members
present were Mayor Mike Moore, Larry Wallace, Brandon Westerfield,and Bill Fry.Absent was Board
member Don Sperzel. Also present Administrative Assistant Mary Frey.
MINUTES
Bill Fry made a motion to approve the May10,2016 minutes as written, seconded by Brandon
Westerfield and approved unanimously.
EXPENDITURE REPORT
Mayor Mike Moore made a motion to approve the revenue and expenditure reports for May,June and
July 2016 as written, seconded by Brandon Westerfield and approved unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
Larry Wallace presented a proposal for insulation of the attic at City Hall from Isenberg Spray Foam
In the amount of$14,688.00. Mayor Mike Moore made a motion to accept the proposal from Isenberg
Spray Foam, seconded by Brandon Westerfield and approved unanimously.
Larry Wallace presented a cost savings plan for sewage bill that will be reflected in the future by adding
meters on the sprinkler system and the cooling tower. Larry gave an update on the electrical savings.
With no further discussion Larry Wallace made a motion to adjourn at 9:25 a.m. seconded by Brandon
Westerfield and carried unanimously.
