We recommend the Sangoma Free PBX and Yealink VolP telephones. We will install the following equipment in your buildings. 1 Sangoma PBX300 1 System Builder Plus Software 1 Sangoma Gateway 500, 4 FXO trunk ports 93 Yealink T48G Phone, touch screen 15 Yealink T49G Camera Phone 5 Yealink Conference Phone, CP860 This quote includes touch screen phones for everyone. I have included fifteen video and five conference phones in the quote. All phones come with an AC power adapter or they can be powered with a PoE switch. All phones are gigabit phones. The Gateway will allow you to have up to 4-analog lines set up as a failover that we can use for 911 calls. This quote includes installation, programming, testing and training for your staff. We will setup remote access for programming. We will assist in the scheduling of the porting of all the phone numbers, including the fax lines. This phone system will have all of the capabilities of your current phone system and many more, including voicemail to email. This software level includes Conference Bridges, Reporting and Park Pro. A 25-year usage license and 1-year of upgrades included with the purchase. Equipment $47,115.00 Installation 20,566.00 Total $67,681.00 This telephone system will utilize SIP trunks. We can go to a couple of carriers to get the bests pricing. Time Warner Cable and Level 3 are my favorites. After the conversion, I expect your monthly telephone service, for the offices with the new phones, to be under $1,000.00. 1 can order the trunks for you. Based on the bills we discussed the other day, this is about $100,000/year less than you spend today. The monthly maintenance for the total solution will be $700/month. This is about $2,200/year less than you are spending today.
