Project Descriptions: Monthly Video News Release (VNR) For Jeffersonville Parks Department, ProMedia Group will produce a two-and-a- half-minute monthly video to assist in promoting upcoming events and programs put on by the Parks Dept.The video will be an enticing, fast-paced inside look at each of the 26 public parks as well as programs and events to attend. A professional voice-over will accompany the video to educate the public. The video will be formatted for use as a marketing tool and for display within http://ieffnarks.promedia2roupdev.com/, as well as social media channels. Social Media Publishing ProMedia Group will, on behalf of the Jeffersonville Parks Department, post between two to five times per week (dependent upon available content) to Facebook. Posts will draw attention to events and programs hosted by the Parks Dept. These posts will include sharing information from other official city of Jeffersonville pages including but not limited to: Police Department, City of Jeffersonville, Fire Department and River Stage. Event pages will be created for large public events with additional detailed information provided by the Parks Dept. In addition to cross promotion and events, Posts will include various campaigns and promotions to increase awareness of opportunities with the Parks Department. ProMedia Group will launch the department's new Twitter page, using Facebook to create a Followers Contest Campaign to produce followers in the area. ProMedia Group will post to the client's Twitter page twice weekly until sufficient numbers call for additional posts. A similar campaign will follow for the Jeffersonville Parks' Instagram page to promote additional followers. PMG will post, on behalf of the client, to Instagram once weekly until sufficient numbers call for additional posts. Upon review of followers, ProMedia Group will begin Instagram and Twitter contests. Additionally, it is recommended that the client's Instagram and Twitter accounts have the same name for consistency and ease of search optimization. In addition to traditional social media platforms, ProMedia Group will publish a monthly educational blog. This written piece will be enticing, include visual aids, be 21 ProMedia Group I Confidential (a PRQMEDIA GROUP promoted on Facebook, Twitter and on the Parks Department website.Topics will be approved by the client at the beginning of the month and will be published for viewing the third week of the month. The client will have 24 hours upon receiving the drafted blog to provide feedback and edits. If ProMedia Group does not hear back within that window, the script has thusly been approved and will be ready for publishing. Website Management The Jeff Parks website will be managed by ProMedia Group. We will provide copywriting, photography, and website management to compose news stories to be uploaded to the Park's website. Special events, news stories, and events will be updated on a regular basis. (Website hosting and technical upgrades are under o separate agreement) Newsletter—Graphic Design ProMedia Group will produce and distribute a newsletter 3 times per year for the parks department through U.S. mail and email. Creative concepts, copywriting, design and project management will be provided to complete news stories that will be printed and e-mailed per the database provide by the Parks Department. ProMedia Group and the Parks Department will meet before creative is started to discuss pieces to be included within the project. ProMedia Group will also provide professional design services to produce mailers, postcards and other printed media for the Parks as needed (printing/mailing not included). All social media icons will be added to the Newsletter. Suggested Events and Programs Upon closer inspection of the Jeffersonville Parks Department's social media and website participation, ProMedia Group would suggest the following opportunities be taken advantage of: 1. Partnering with Jeff Main St. for the following yearly events: Chocolate Lovers Stroll, Wine Walk& Shop and the Cookie Walk. 2. Partnering with local Boy Scout troops for troop events and any Eagle Scout Project opportunities. 3. Partnering with the school corporation for fieldtrips and volunteer opportunities. 4. Creative approval. Client must approve the script,layout,outline and any other creative project elements by an established date. Late approval may result in final delivery after the promised delivery date. 2. Third-party vendors. It is understood that ProMedia Group may work with various vendors to complete certain aspects of custom projects. 3. Additional charges. Any changes made to the project description in this proposal may result in additional charges to be determined, based on the changes. Any changes made to the copy, creative treatment or layout after approval can result in additional charges. 4. Creative control. ProMedia Group retains creative control of the product to the extent it meets our standards of quality,excellence and integrity. S. Portfolio inclusion. ProMedia Group reserves the right to include the finished product in its portfolio,and potentially in the portfolios of third-party vendors,with the purpose of demonstration to other clients,award entries or other promotional activities unless otherwise requested.
