The Council discussed several options of increasing the city
portion and the methods of funding the increase. Following all
discussion~ Councilperson Perkins made the motion the City pay ?5% of
the family rate and 100% of the single rate, with each councilperson
going to the department heads to see how much of the increase may be
pulled from the current budget, seconded by Councilperson Harrod and
carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the Council,
Councilperson Carter moved to adjourn at 8:10 P.M. ~ seconded by
Councilperson Harrod and unanimously carried.
