The meeting was called to order by Mayor Dale L. Orem with
Clerk and Treasurer C. Richard Spencer Jr. at the desk.
Mayor Orem asked all those present to stand as the
invocation was given. He then asked all those present to join him in

91-0R-59 on the second and third readings, seconded by Council
President Carter~ passing with the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Councilpersons Perkins, Clapp, Williams, Grooms~
Harrod~ and Carter.
Nays: None.
Other business followed.
There being no further business to come before the Council,
Councilperson Perkins moved to adjourn at 8:55 o'clock P.M. seconded
by Councilperson Harrod and unanimously carried.
