OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
SEPTEMBER 23, 1991
The Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville~ Indiana
met in special session in the Mayor's Conference Room in the
City-County Building in Jeffersonville~ Indiana on the 23th day of
September 1991~ at 4:30 o'clock P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Dale Orem~ and C.
Richard Spencer Jr. at the desk.
The roll was called and those present were: Councilpersons
Jimmy Carters Marie Clapp, Ron Grooms~ John Perkins, and Andrew
Williams.
Absent: Councilpersons Tony Harrod and Robert Waiz.
City Attorney C. Gregory Filer read Ordinance No. 91-0R-52,
a special ordinance authorizing the City of Jeffersonville to issue
its Variable Rate Demand Economic Development Revenue Bonds (Apollo
America Corporation Project), Series 1991, in the principal amount of
Eight Million Dollars ($8,000,000.00) and approving and authorizing
other actions in respect thereto.
After general discussion~ Councilperson Perkins made the
motion to suspend the rules for Ordinance No.
