Other business followed:
Mayor Orem introduced Ordinance No.
91-0R-46~ A, B, C, D,
E, F, G, H, I, J, and K, Ordinance For Appropriations And Tax Rates.
Councilperson Perkins made the motion to pass Ordinance No. 91-0R-46,
A thru K, on the first and second reading, seconded by Council
President Carter and opened for discussion. Mayor Orem asked that the
Pension Funds be explained. Council President Carter, Clerk and
Treasurer Spencer and Fire Chief Collins explained the procedures.
Council President Carter inquired as to when the packer would be
received. Attorney Filer explained this should be within 30 days.
Following all questions and discussion Ordinance No. 91-OR-A6 A thru
K passed on the first and second readings on a vote of 5-1,
Councilperson Waiz voting in oppossition.
Other business followed:
There being no further business to come before the Council,
Councilperson Perkins moved to adjourn at 8:35 P.M. seconded
Councilperson Grooms and unanimously carried.
