Council President Carter introduced Resolution No. 91-R-20,
A Resolution Approving Statement of Benefits For Purposes Of Property
Tax Abatement. Mr. Bob Lanum, Attorney for Apollo America Corporation
answered questions and spoke on behalf of Apollo America. Following
all discussion~ Councilperson Perkins made the motion to accept the
Statement of Benefits and pass Resolution No. 91-R-20, seconded by
Councilperson Waiz and carried unanimously.
Clerk and Treasurer Spencer presented and explained two
claims. Much discussion followed regarding these claims. Following
all discussion~ Council President Carter made the motion to pay the
claims as presented by Clerk and Treasurer Spencer, seconded by
Councilperson Waiz~ passing on a vote of 3-1. Councilperson Perkins
voted against the motion, stating
