asked those present to join in the pledge of allegiance to the flag.
The roll was called and those present were: Councilpersons
Jimmy Carter, Marie Clapp, Ron Grooms, Tony Narrod, John Perkins, and
Andrew Williams.
Absent: None.
Other business followed.

Mayor Orem ~ntroduce Ordinance No. 91-OR-14 An Ordinance Of
Additional Appropriation. Clerk and Treasurer Spencer explained this
Ordinance. Following all discussion, CoUncilperson Perkins made the
motion to suspend the rules for Ordinance No.
Councilperson Grooms and carried unanimqusly.

Councilperson Perkins
91-OR-14 on all three
passing on the following
Clapp, Williams, Carter,
Ayes: Councilpersons Perkins, Waiz,

Nays: None.
Other business followed.
There being no further business to come before the Council,
Councilperson Carter made the motion to a~journ at 10:15 o'clock P.M.,
seconded Councilperson Clapp and carried unanimously.
