The City will pay the 3% employee share of P.E.R.F. for civilian employees and will pay 3% of the employee share of the Police and Fire Pension assessments. All full-time employees will receive longevity pay of $200.00 per year for each year of service. Employees must work 3 full years before he/she is eligible for longevity pay. SECTION TWO This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana.
