COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
OCTOBER ~9, 1993
The Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville met in
special session in the Mayor's Conference Room in the City-County
Building~ 3effersonville~ Indiana~ at 4:00 P.M. on the G9th day of
October~ 1993.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Raymond J. Parker
Jr.~ with Deputy Clerk Barbara Hollis at the desk. Mayor Parker
welcomed all in attendance, asking all those present to stand and join
him in the pledge of allegiance to the flag.

claim deed for the property known as the Carnegie Building to Jeff
Clark Preservation for $1.00~ seconded by Councilperson Frantz~
passing on the following roll call vote:

Frantz, Wilson, and Williams.
Nays: None.
