ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A NON-REVERTING FUND
FOR THE PURPOSES OF REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF CITY PROPERTY
WHEREAS~ the City of Jeffersonville is

property shall not be required to be received in the general fund of
the City.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
timely passage~ promogation and approval by the Mayor.
