RESOLUTION NO_ 2014-12-
I2ESOL,UTIC N APPROVING WAIVER OF NON-COMPLIANCE FOR GURK
E_N TERPKI SES INVESTMENT DEDUCTION
WHEREAS, Gurk Enterprises wishes to file all required documentation for the
Enterprise Zone Investment Deduction; and
WHERF_AS, Gurk Enterprises, is located at 1435 East 10'h Street, Jeffersonville,
Indiana 47130, within the Jeffersonville Urban Enterprise Association, and is therefore,
eligible for the deduction; and
WHEREAS, Gurk Enterprises filed part, but not all, of the required
documentation for the deduction; and
NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED by the Urban Enterprise Association
that it specifically and affirmatively find as follows -
1 _ That all other information requested from Gurk Enterprises has been submitted,
and the benefits described in such information can be reasonably expected to
result from the proposed described investment_
2_ That the totality of -benefits for said investment is sufficient to justify the
deduction.
3_ That Gurlc Enterprises has agreed to the payment of a compliance fee of 49 :r of
the annual benefit of the deduction to the Jeffersonville Urban Enterprise
Association, and a compliance fee of 1%, of the annual benefit of -the deduction to
the Indiana Economic Development Council annually as described in I.C. 6-1_1-
45.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Jeffersonville Urban Enterprise
Association, hereby approves the resolution for waiver of non-compliance on the
Investment Deduction for Gurk Enterprises approving extension of filing deadline
for 2014 pay 2015.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
