Application for Tax Abatement Dear Mayor Parker: CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE I am representing Jeff Agan, General Partner of Youngstown Partners, L.P., the entity which has purchased Youngstown Shopping Center. On behalf of Mr. Agan, I am enclosing two copies of the Statement of Benefits for tax abatement for the improvements made to the center which is in an economic revitalization area under Resolution 91-R-32. Also enclosed are duplicate copies of the proposed Resolution to be presented to the Jeffersonville City Council for their consideration.
