AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF SECTION 1 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 99-OR-49
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA:
Section 1
That from and a~er the 16th day of August, 2000, the following employees of the City of
Ieffersonville, Indiana, shall receive the following base salary per yea~.
PARJKS DEPARTMENT
Director of Progxams .................................................................... $26,190.00
Director of Athletics ................................................................... , $23,765.00
Section 2
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after it's passage and approval
by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana.

RE: Salary Transfers & Amendments
Please accept this memo to make the following salary amendments and transfers. This was
discussed and approved by the Board of Parks & Recreation at their regular meeting on
Monday, August 14, 2000.
That from and after the 16tb day of August, 2000, the following employees of the City of
Jeffersonville, Parks & Recreation Department, shall receive the following base salary per year:
Director of Programs (Rob Pof0 #204022113 ...................... $26,190.00
Director of Athletics (Jim Cardwell) #204022114 .................... $23,765.00
In order to fund the above increases the following transfers are needed:

Recreation Sup'v #204022119 ...... $2,380.70

Director of Programs//204022113 ..... $1,245.83
Director of Athletics #204022114 ..... $1,134.87
Total ........................................ $2,380.70
The Jeffersonville Board of Parks & Recreation directs the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville to approve these appropriate transfers and salary amendments effective the 16tb
