ORDINANCE NO. 2000-OR- ~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget
classification to another within the Clerk and Treasurer Budget; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the Clerk and Treasurer Budget sufficient monies to
pay this additional an~ount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the Clerk and
Treasurer Budget be transfc~rred as indicated.
