PROFESSIONAL AGREEMENT
LENTZIER CREEK DIVISION 2
This AMENDMENT NO. 2 , made as of the Twenty - Fifth (25 day of November,
in the year Two Thousand Thirteen (2013) by and between the JEFFERSONVILLE
SANITARY SEWER BOARD, JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA (hereinafter called
OWNER) and CLARK DIETZ, INC. (hereinafter called ENGINEER), shall amend and
become a part of the Professional Agreement between OWNER and ENGINEER dated the
20 day of December, 2012.
In accordance with Section 3 of the AGREEMENT, the following shall be
incorporated into the AGREEMENT:
,SECTION 6 - Payment to Engineer
Amend Section 6 in the following manner:
For the Scope of Services in Section 2.2, increase the not -to- exceed amount for
Construction Engineering Services by $7,000 and
Section 2.3 Resident Construction Representation by $29,500 to cover the
extension of construction duration resulting from the additional time as a result of
Change Order No.2
The revised total amount for this task shall be $198,300.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have made and executed this Agreement as of
