AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PORTIONS
OF SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 99-OR-49
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSONVlLLE, INDIANA:
Section 1
That from and after the 1st day of January, 2000, the following salary for
Safety Director, Squad Commander and Major for the Jeffersonville Police
Department shall be:
POLICE
Squad Commander (5) ........................................................ $ '154,272.00
Major (4) ........................................................................... $148,340.00
Section 2
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana.
