Our portion of the coequipmentnstruc. This tion will be to provide cabling and equipment only. The surveillance system will have cameras located throughout the building and on five light poles located around the property. The access control portion of the project will include the necessary hardware to control the doors located throughout the facility and the single exterior gate located near the back of the building. Our package does not include the electronic locking hardware on the doors. We will gladly work with you or provide for an additional cost the labor and equipment to install these devices. Network cabling shall be provided for under this agreement. This will include the jacks, plates and connectors necessary to terminate the data network for the facility. We have not included any conduits or pathways for above ceiling support of the cabling beyond "J" hooks. Security Pros shall attend necessary meetings during construction to answer any questions that may arise during the site work or construction of the building. Progress Payment information: Initial Payment: Security Pros, LLC requires a minimum 25% deposit due at signing of acceptance. Upon request a progress invoice can be sent for payment. This initial payment will allow for the project management to begin and Security Pros, LLC will begin attending all construction meetings and be available as needed to manage the site preparations etc. Equipment purchase billed upon receipt and as needed to meet construction schedule. Final Payment: The remaining balance will be due upon final acceptance of the solution. Recurring Services Payments: Upon completion a prorated services invoice will be sent to the contact information requested. This recurring payment can be billed via invoice, Credit Card or ACH. This individual will be the onsite contact for Security Pros and will ensure the every aspect of the installation is carried out in accordance with this Scope of work. Any deviations from this scope -of -work activity considered to adversely impact the project shall be reported to you before continuation. Qualifications & Exceptions: This quotation is based on the following: • Site walk- through and drawings provided by you • All work is to be performed during normal business hours. We have included the following: • A full -time on -site project lead for the duration of the project. • Delivery cost for tools, equipment, and materials, provided by Security Pros, LLC to the project site. Vie have excluded the following: • Cutting and /or coring of concrete walls and floors. • Providing and /or mounting any required plywood backboards. • Providing and /or installing and required poke -thru or fire wall penetrations. • Providing and /or installing fire - stopping products other than those used to seal conduit sleeves used by Security Pros, LLC. We have assumed the following: • Security Pros personnel will be provided continuous access to the areas where work is to be performed for the duration of the installation period. • If required, the customer will provide all installation personnel with access badges, keys, and /or escorts in order to perform the work in a timely and cost effective manner. • Security Pros work on -site doesn't not violate any existing agreements with trade unions. Any conduit provided by other s will be installed in accordance with the NEC and EIA /TIA standards and will be free of defects and /or obstructions. Items excluded from the above pricing may be added for an additional charge. Bid Validity - All quotations are valid for acceptance within 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Due to the volatility in the copper market, any pricing that includes copper cable, pricing is valid for a period of 10 business days. 2. Price Policy — Prices quoted are non -union and do not included any sales or applicable use taxes, builder's risk insurance, bonds, or permits. Prices are also based upon the scope of work defined in the request for proposal (RFP) and /or Security Pros, LLC proposal. In the event that the stated scope of work is modified, Security Pros reserves the right to revise its prices accordingly. Security Pros prices were developed on the assumption that all work defined in the RFP and /or Security Pros proposal will be awarded to a single contractor, unless otherwise noted. Security Pros reserves the right to review its prices should work be awarded to more than one contractor. 3. Warranty — Security Pros warrants all labor services to be free of workmanship defects for a period of 12 months from the date that the work is performed. During the 12 month period, Security Pros will promptly repair, at no cost to the customer, any defects that are a direct result of labor workmanship. Any materials or equipment furnished by Security Pros or the customer will not be warranted by Security Pros, but will be covered by the corresponding manufacturer's warranty unless annual service option is selected by the end -user. All claims for defective equipment are to be filed by the customer with the appropriate manufacturer. In the event a warranty service call is made but no labor or material defect id found, Security Pros will invoice its standard hourly rate for the service call (portal to portal). Security Pros, LLC makes no fitness - for - purpose warranty and any such warranty contained in the bid materials shall be excluded from the final agreement. 4. Work Schedule — Allow Security Pros at least ten (10) business days to schedule work after signed acceptance of proposal. Unless otherwise agreed to by both parties, once work commences, it will proceed uninterrupted until project completion. Delays caused by situations beyond Security Pros control will result in renegotiation of the work schedule /pricing. 5. Invoicing & Payment — Security Pros will invoice for materials upon delivery to Security Pros. Unless otherwise agreed to by both parties, invoicing will be on a weekly basis with payment terms of net 30 days from invoice date. Past due amounts are subject to 18 percent interest per annum (1.5% per month). 6. Safety Compliance — In compliance with OSHA requirements, Security Pros will be notified of all hazardous chemicals that Security Pros and contractors may come in contact within a given work area. Security Pros will also be informed in writing where and by whom the material safety data sheets relating to the work area are kept, and will be given free access to them. 7. As built prints — If included in the scope of work, all as built prints will be delivered within 60 days of the completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed to by both parties. 8. Downtime — If Security Pros personnel are unable to work due to any circumstances outside of Security Pros control, Security Pros will invoice for the lost man -hours at the standard Security Pros hourly rate, a minimum of four hours per man within 100 miles of a Security Pros office, and a minimum of eight hours per man over 100 miles of a Security Pros office. 9. Materials — In the event that the project is shut down for any reason due to circumstances outside of Security Pros' control, customer agrees to buy back any excess materials at Security Pros' cost.
