The City Council wishes to overwrite the time requirements for the Form 322RE filing, and allow
Idemitsu the opportunity to file this form in the 2013 year, effective for the 2012 Pay 2013 tax year. In
addition, the City Council asks that you allow Financial Group and BDB to file their CF -1 /RE in 2013 for
the 2012 Pay 2013 tax year.
