AMENDMENT NO. 3
PROFESSIONAL AGREEMENT
PEAK CAPACITY AND MISCELLANEOUS IMPROVEMENTS
DOWNTOWN WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
This AMENDMENT NO. 3, made as of the day of AA AN' , in the
year Two Thousand Thirteen by and between the JEFFERSONVILLE SANITARY SEWER
BOARD, JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA (hereinafter called OWNER) and HDR
ENGINEERING, INC. (hereinafter called ENGINEER), shall amend and become a part of the
Professional Agreement between OWNER and ENGINEER dated the 8 day of October, 2009,
Amendment No. 1 dated the 2nd day of June, 2011, and Amendment No. 2 dated the 3` day of
January, 2013 (hereinafter called AGREEMENT).
In accordance with Section 8, Article 8.1 of the AGREEMENT, the following shall be
incorporated into the AGREEMENT:
SECTION 6 - Payment to Engineer
Amend Article 6.2, as previously revised by Amendment No. 2, in the following manner:
For the Scope of Services in Article 2.10, increase the not -to- exceed amount for Resident
Construction Representation by $7,500 to cover the extension of construction duration
resulting from the addition of the screenings conveyor change order work to the contract.
The revised total amount for this task shall be $229,410.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have made and executed this
AMENDMENT NO. 3 as of the day and year first written above.
