ORDINANCE NO. 2012 -OR-
AN ORDIANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITH THE SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to transfer money from one major budget classification to
another within the City Clerk's budget;
WHEREAS, there is now within the City Clerk's budget sufficient monies to pay this additional
amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter set out in the City Clerk's budget be transferred
as indicated.
