yesterday, so that the City of Jeffersonville Police Department could take a vote on the appointment of a new member
of the Police Merit Commission, to fill the vacancy of Dr. Robertson.

1. Any and all records related to the Rules adopted by the City of Jeffersonville's Safety
Board, related to the vote of the City of Jeffersonville Police Department membership
r; which was noticed to take place on October 24, 2012 (which rules were adopted pursuant
to Ind. Code 36- 8- 3.5 -8).
2. Any and all records related to the notice of the above meeting of the membership
described in paragraph 1 above.
3. Any and all records related to the attendance of the membership at the meeting described
in paragraph 1 above.

provide access for copying or inspection is as follows:

photograph, book, card, tape recording, or other material that is
created, received, retained, maintained, or filed by or with a public
agency and which is generated on paper, paper substitutes,
photographic media, chemically based media, magnetic or machine
readable media, electronically stored data, or any other material,
regardless of form or characteristics.
