Mr. Rogge made motion to approve the minutes as presented and seconded by Mr. Christensen. Motion passed unanimously , i Minutes from August 7 meeting will be voted on at our next meeting. BOARD INFORMATION: i i Mr. Crouch submitted to the board that the Sewer Billing Office would like for the Drainage Board to assist in paying a portion of salary for a new clerk. The approximately portion would be $13.48 per hour or $28,000 a year, which would be half for our board. Mr. Rogge made motion for Mr. Crouch to inquire exactly what amount it would be for our board. Mr. Jacobs opposed to funding for an additional employee. Mr. Crouch will get some additional information and bring back to the board at our next meeting. Motion seconded by Mr. Morton. Motion passed unanimously Jorge Lanz with Jacobi, Toombs & Lanz requested to make a presentation our next meeting. The Stormwater Master Plan is progressing and up to date. The QPI class will be held on October 12, 2012 for inspection and IDEM will have a presentation. t f Information was given that a grate was broken on Cardinal Drive across from Jeffersonville High School. A grate was damaged at 5707 Salem Noble Road. II Mr. McCreight will put together a plan and present at our next meeting to save some of the plants and replacing the mulch with gravel. He request Mr. Crouch to check out the drainage problems in the bio swells. CLAIMS: Mr. Bryant presented claims in the amount of $17,453.35. Mr. Morton also requested that the bill from Dave Abbott regarding a gate and fence in the amount of $756.84 to be paid. Mr. Morton made motion to pay claims in the amount of $17,453.35 and seconded by Mr. McCreight. Motion passed unanimously Our next meeting will be held on October 2, 2012. 0 Chairman Charlie B
