AN ORDINANCE OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
OF LOIT- PUBLIC SAFETY FUNDS
WHEREAS, the Common Council for the City of Jeffersonville, Clark
County Indiana (hereinafter the "Common Council "), as the City's statutory Fiscal
and Legislative Bodies, has determined that it is now necessary to amend the
2012 Budget by an Additional Appropriation o f LOIT - Public Safety funds for
expenses and contract services related to the negotiations of union contracts for
fire and police services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council that the
following Additional Appropriation shall made to the 2012 Budget:
LOIT — Public Safety:
Fund #430'lO4,3oi -oc $100,000
THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage by the Common Council and approved by the Mayor.
