AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2011—OR—
ORDINANCE OF APPROPRIATION OF LOCAL CONTROLLED FUNDS

WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to amend Ordinance
No. 2011 -OR- 53 An Ordinance of Appropriation.
NOW, THEREFORE:
SECTION ONE

BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council for the City of Jeffersonville, Clark
`s County, Indiana, that for the expense of said City Ordinance the following additional
sums of money are hereby appropriated out of the funds named and for the purposes
specified, subject to laws governing the same:
