OF THE MAYOR OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA
An Order to Rename Certain Streets in America Place
WHEREAS, a request has been made to rename certain streets in the America
Place;
WHEREAS, pursuant to I.C. 36 -7 -4 -405 (g) an executive acting under subsection
(e) or (f) shall name or rename streets; (1) so that their names are easy to understand; and
(2) to avoid duplication or conflict with other names;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA, THAT
1. That "K" Street shall be renamed "Kentuckian Drive ", in America Place. f
2. That "A" Street shall be renamed "America Place Drive," in America
Place.
3. That "R" Street shall be renamed "Resource Drive," '
ce Drive, in America Place.
4. That "P" Street shall be renamed "Prosper Drive," in America Place.
5. This Order shall become effective March 1, 2012.
6. It is further Ordered that a Certified Copy of this Order shall be issued to
the following: (1) the Circuit Court Clerk or Board of Registration; (2) the
administrator of the enhanced emergency telephone system established
under IC 36 -8 -16; if any; (3) The United States Postal Service; and (4) any
person or body that the Executive conside • appropriate to receive notice.
