BEFORE THE JEFFERSONVILLE SANITARY BOARD
RESOLUTION NO SSB -7 -2012
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PROPERTY EXCHANGE WITH
GOVERNMENT ENTITY UNDER INDIANA CODE 5- 22 -22 -10 AND 36-1-11-8
WHEREAS, by adoption of Ordinance No. 2000 -OR -4, the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, established this Jeffersonville Sanitary Board (this `Board" as the governmental entity
responsible for the acquisition, construction, operation and maintenance of the "sewage works" of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana (the "Sewage Works ", pursuant to the provisions of IND.CODF § 36- 9 -23 -3: and
WHEREAS, the City of Jeffersonville Sanitary Board desires to purchase two (2) chemical
storage containers from the Town of Georgetown for consideration in the amount of five hundred
dollars ($500.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED that the Sanitary Board shall pay the
consideration of five - hundred dollars ($500.00) in exchange for two (2) chemical storage containers
from the Town of Georgetown, Indiana.
SO RESOLVED, by this 19t day of July, 2012, by the Sanitary Board of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, at its regularly scheduled and noticed meeting.
