(Supplemental Resolution to Inner City Road —
Stormwater Conveyance System .Bond Resolution
No. RC- 36 -11)
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Commission ( "Commission ") adopted Resolution No.
RC -36 -11 on December 21, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the , � Commission desires to supplement the Resolution RC -35 -11 by
clarifying additional components of the Project Description attached thereto as Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE JEFFERSONVILLE
REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, AS FOLLOWS:
1. There is hereby added to the Project Description contained in Exhibit A to
Resolution No RC -36 -11 the following:
Included within the above described project is a combined sewer
interceptor consisting of a large rectangular or circular pipe (with an
estimated size and hydraulic capacity of twelve (12) feet by eight (8) feet
running a distance of approximately 4,500 feet and approximately adjacent
to the above described stornmwater conveyance system (the "Combined
Sewer Interceptor "), which Combined Sewer Interceptor is located in,
connected to or directly serves and benefits the Allocation Area.
2. The addition provided in Section 1 is supplemental in nature and all other terms
and provisions of Resolution No RC -36 -11 shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
3.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage and
signing. The Secretary of the Commission is hereby directed to deliver a certified copy hereof to
the Controller.
Adopted at the meeting of the Jeffersonville Redevelopment Commission this 25 day of
April, 2012, at Jeffersonville, Indiana.
