City of Jeffersonville South Pump Stations and Force Mains PER Acceptance Resolution
(New Lentzier Creek Pump Station / Force Mains / Gravity Sewers)
Whereas, the Sanitary Sewer Board of City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, has caused a Preliminary
Engineering Report ( "PER "), dated 06/07/2012, to be prepared by the consulting firm of_Bernardin,
Lochmueller & Associates, Inc. ; and
Whereas, said PER has been presented to the public at a public hearing held on 05/30/2012, at The City
Hall, for public comment; and
Whereas, The City of Jeffersonville Sanitary Sewer Board finds that there was not sufficient evidence
presented in objection to the recommended project in the PER.
Now, therefore be it resolved that:
1. The South Pump Stations and Force Mains PER dated 06/07/2012 approved and adopted by
The City of Jeffersonville Sanitary Sewer Board ; and
2. Said PER be submitted to the State Revolving Fund Loan Program for review and approval.
Adopted and Passed by Sanitary Sewer Board of The City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, this Seventh day of
June, of 2012.
